Andrew is a co-founder and the Director of Customer Success at Patently. He is a recognised industry expert and thought leader within the patent information community, with a passion for technological advancements and innovation in the space. With over two decades of experience in patent information and searching, Andrew has performed thousands of patent searches and landscape studies. 

His expertise has been endorsed by the International Standards Board for Qualified Patent Information Professionals (ISBQPIP), and he has appeared as an expert panellist at the European Patent Office’s (EPO) Patent Knowledge Week Conference discussing topics like ‘the future of patent information’ alongside patent examiners, attorneys and fellow IP information experts.

He strongly believes that patents are criminally neglected simply because they are misunderstood.

Outside of his work transforming the IP space, Andrew  is an avid sports enthusiast, and when not helping our users leverage the power of patent information, you’re most likely to find him playing rugby, football, golf, swimming or getting a sweat on at the gym.

He also spends his free time experimenting with exotic ingredients in the kitchen, spending quality time with his family or enduring the ups and downs of supporting the true love of his life: Tottenham Hotspur.
